How It Works
Community centers, schools, small businesses, and corporations are all made up of people. People who can benefit from learning about stress reduction techniques, efficient energy management through food, movement medicine of qigong, and self-care practices for a positive mindset.
Areas of focus can include any of the modifiable lifestyle factors - healthy eating habits, relaxation techniques, elimination diet, movement, sleep routines, relaxations, tai chi, stress reduction, and more.
The length of a speaking event will be dependent on the objectives, location & size of the audience. Typical events range from 60 minutes to up to 2 days.
We have an initial 60-minute foundation session that will include introductions, the scope of work, what success looks like, and the initial program concept. We then co-create & finalize the program design and logistics through follow-up sessions leading up to the event day.
